Welcome to Thermal Imaging Services
Sydney Thermal Imaging Services are an accredited independent infrared thermographic surveying company, specialising in the inspection of electrical switchgear. Over a 25 year period we have built a reputation for concise and reliable inspections which has seen our services implemented across various industry groups such as manufacturing, education, health, retail, tourism and warehousing. Our clients range from Strata & Facility Managers, Insurance Industry Auditors, State & Local Government, to large non-government organisations.
Background
Thermal Imaging Services Sydney was formed in 1987 to meet the specification requirements of defence and public utility engineers for the commissioning and defects liability testing of medium and low voltage switchboards and control panels.
As a division of a major switchboard manufacturer up until 1999 it was decided to re-structure Thermal Imaging Services as a stand-alone company to enable it to the fill the void for independently certified inspections.
Whilst we have witnessed the evolution of Thermal Imaging technology from cryogen cooled trolley mount cameras through to todays’ modern digital uncooled cameras, our management and key personnel remain the same.
